Micrologic Trip Systems
Micrologic trip systems, designed for PowerPact and Masterpact circuit breakers, provide comprehensive protection for power circuits and loads. These systems employ current transformers (CTs) to measure current, a trip unit to evaluate the data, and a solenoid to initiate circuit breaker tripping. Micrologic trip units are field-interchangeable and offer various protection levels, including long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and ground fault protection.
Micrologic Trip Unit Models
Standard: Offers basic protection features, including LI, LSI, and LS0 trip configurations.
Ammeter: Includes standard features plus a digital ammeter, phase loading bar graph, and optional Modbus communications.
Power: Provides power measurement, advanced protection features, and programmable ground fault alarms.
Harmonic: Offers enhanced power and power quality measurements, along with features from the Power model.
All Micrologic trip units feature true RMS sensing, LED indications, and test kit compatibility. Some models also include thermal imaging, zone-selective interlocking, and advanced user interfaces.
